They believed that love disappeared and that's why there was violence. Daoism focuses on improving society by becoming one with nature so that all is good in the universe.

7.1.1. Probably;y the most important advance made by the Sumerians was the invention of writing. They are also credited with the invention of both the wheel, and the potters wheel. They were also some of the first formal astronomers. They came up with the idea of having 60 minutes in an hour, and 60 seconds in a minute. They also developed one of the first sewer systems.
