1. Teacher will incorporate program with the help of other students

1.3. Bullying is obsolulety prohibitted in classroom
1.4. Everybody is of equal
1.5. Students get rewarded when they act positively towards classmates
2. When ELL students are included and respected in the classroom, they can learn faster and in a more efficient way.
3. Objectives: to promote social inclusion, understanding, and mutual respect and to increase self-steam among all students, especially those who are ELLs from Colombia
4. ELLs are encourage to share about family interactions.
4.1. No English correction when ELLs are communicating out loud in the classroom
4.2. ELLs are allow to share about family members
4.3. Students will work in group when performing challenging tasks
4.4. Classroom rules are implemented and talked about everyday
