1. Financial/ Budgeting Team
1.1. Responsible for all budgeting and financial oversight for the events expenses and revenue
1.1.1. Fudraising and Grants- raises funds for the event through donations at the event. Also responsible for all grant writing to support the event.
1.1.2. Sponsor Coordinator- communicates will all sponsors on all donations and administers sponsor perks according to donation level. Works for both presenting sponsors and those only wishing to advertise at the event
1.1.3. Financial Administrator- Responsible for distributing payments to all contracted services and all expenses.
2. Equine Management Team (3)
2.1. Responsible for all Stable Management requirements, including equine health documents, biosecurity requirements and protocol, & emergency veterinary services for the event.
3. Marketing Team
3.1. Responsible for any kind of marketing or advertising campaigns. Includes two branches with 1 individual per branch.
3.1.1. Print Media- Program advertising, Newspaper, billboards, Flyers etc.
3.1.2. Digital Media- Social Media, Website Advertising, Email etc.
4. Event Program Coordinators
4.1. Two Branches which are either responsible for arranging the events during the day or are responsible for running each clinician or speaker smoothly. Works closely with the volunteer coordinator
4.1.1. Clinician, Speaker, and Sponsor Leasion- Registers and reserves clinicians, speakers and sponsors who are booking clinic or booth spaces before the event
4.1.2. Event Supervisors- organizes the support of each individual speaker and event during the expo. Includes coordination of required volunteers and equipment needed.
