Fluffy's Dog House

1. Design: 4 Hours- Ally

1.1. Draw sketch out of dog house layout- Scott-1 hr

1.2. Choose colors for walls, shingles, door, window frame, door frame- Ally- 1 hr

1.3. Figure out what materials we need for all parts of the blueprint- Scott- 1 hr

1.4. Make list of stores we need to shop at and what we need from each store- Ally- 1 hr

2. Materials: 5 Hours- Scott

2.1. Go to paint store to purchase wall paint, floor paint, window frame paint, door frame paint, paint brushes, tarps- Ally- 1 hrs

2.2. Go to hardware store to purchase wood, power tools, nails, shingles, window glass, window frame, door frame- Scott- 3 hrs

2.3. Go to dog store to purchase dog bed, dog water/food bowl, dog toys, basket- Ally- 1 hr

3. Construction: 16 Hours- Scott

3.1. Use blue print to map out dimensions of structure- Scott- 2 hrs

3.2. Cut window size in wall wood- Ally- 1 hr

3.3. Cut door entrance in the wall wood- Ally- 1 hr

3.4. Lay wood for floor within the dimensions- Scott- 1 hr

3.5. Construct wood on floor with wood for wall frame (install)- Scott- 2 hrs

3.6. Construct wood on roof with newly created floor/wall frame (install)- Scott- 2 hrs

3.7. Insert dog door into front wood wall (swinging door)- Scott- 1 hr

3.8. Put shingles on roof wood- Scott- 3 hrs

3.9. Insert window glass/frame into wall window area (install)- Ally- 3 hrs

4. Furnish: 11 Hours- Ally

4.1. Paint indoor walls- Scott- 2 hrs

4.2. Paint window frame- Ally- 1 hr

4.3. Paint floor (inside)- Scott- 2 hrs

4.4. Paint outside walls- Scott- 3 hrs

4.5. Paint door/door frame- Ally- 2 hrs

4.6. Paint dog entrance on door- Ally- 2 hrs

4.7. Paint outside window frame- Ally- 1 hr

5. Clean-up: 2 Hours- Ally

5.1. Collect all excess wood, tools, paint brushes, etc- Ally- 1 hr

5.2. Place all excess objects into work truck- Scott- 1 hr

6. Finish: 1.5 Hours- Ally

6.1. Insert dog bed inside- Scott- 30 minutes

6.2. Set up dog water/food bowl area- Ally- 30 minutes

6.3. Put dog toys in basket- Ally- 15 minutes

6.4. Place toy basket inside- Scott- 15 minutes

7. Client Evaluation: 4.5 Hours- Scott

7.1. Meet with client to show the finished dog house- Ally & Scott- 2 hrs

7.2. Let dog try out the new house- Ally & Scott- 2 hrs

7.3. Get paid for dog house- Ally & Scott- 30 minutes
