1.4. Evaluate/ Eliminate workplace hazards
1.5. Ensure emergency jobsite procedures
1.6. Ensure workers wear appropriate clothing/ PPE
2. Employers
2.1. Develop/ Implement/ maintain a safety program
2.2. Evaluate worksite hazards and take necessary actions to protect workers
2.3. Ensure an effective WHIMIS program is in place
2.4. Ensure appropriate tools are being used/ Available
2.5. Provide required first aid services and equipment
2.6. Ensure OHS is complied with on a regular basis
2.7. Ensure supervisors train workers in a safe work practice
3. Prime contractor
3.1. Construction site safety program is developed and followed
3.2. Occupational health and safety activities of all subcontractors are coordinated
3.3. Occupational health and safety regulation is complied with by all worksite contractors/subcontractors
3.3.1. Workers of contractors and subcontractors are properly supervised
