Interest Groups

1. Students can use groups such as google groups or the yahoo version , or usenet or netnews to find groups with like interests. A way this could be used in the classroom is for projects when students need to find other resources for a topic they can search within a group. I do not think that I would use this in my classroom, it does not seem as helpful as other tools like the blogs or wikis.
