1. The Battle of Agincourt
1.1. Lacked A sence of distinction
1.2. Military Neccesity was not used proparly.
1.3. proportionality was a major issue in this war!
2. The Crusades
2.1. violated the just cause theorie
2.2. comparitive justice was not present here iether.
2.3. legitimate Authority was a big dark spot in these wars as many people were acusing others without right intention.
2.4. Last Resort was not present her as they jumped onto waging battle right away instead of waiting to solve it with words.
2.5. all of Just Post Bellum was forgoten in these series of battles.
3. The Counter Reformation
3.1. The Counter Reformation lacked Right Intention.
3.2. Just like others much of Just ad Bellum was missing.
