I have used 3-minute mindful meditations with my stressed-out IB seniors (in Spanish!), and our lessons went so much more smoothly. I subscribe and am a student of two educational resources, MindfulSchools & MindfulnessWithoutBorders, where I have licenses to download practices in Spanish and English!
