9.1.1.1. I gained weight in my first year....I blamed all those PTA donuts and birthday cupcakes on a regular basis! It's very hard.

10. I use up everything I have at school and I’m a mess when I get home. Too tired to cook or even care about what I am eating. I know I need to lose weight because I feel and look so unhealthy, but i feel hopeless about it.

19.1. Yep...I teach full time (start before school with band) and I have a 20 hr./week second job. Man I eat like sh*t and have gained quite a bit
