1. Definition
1.1. Gender discrimination happen in work place based on sex, unequal power relations between men and women
2. Policy/Law
2.1. Employment Act 1955 & Section 509 of the Penal Code.
3. Behaviour
3.1. Victim may reluctant to come foward to complaint or confront their harassers because they are shy or ashamed, fearful of retaliation or may not know what to do about it.
4. Factor
4.1. Power games, moral values, culture differences, credibility and victim-blaming.
5. Effects
5.1. workplace tension, absenteeism, lose valuable employees & lose of public image.
