1. Executive Yuan
1.1. the premier that is appointed by the president is in charge of the executive yuan
1.2. the job of the executive yuan is to supervise the subordinate organs of the executive yuan
2. Legislative Yuan
2.1. 113 legislators are in charge of the legislative yuan
2.2. the job of the legislative yuan is to make laws
3. President: Tsai Ing-wen
3.1. the job of the president is to act as the commander-in-chief of Taiwan, who is also responsible for conducting foreign relations, such as concluding treaties, declaring war, and making peace.
4. Judicial Yuan
4.1. the supreme administrative court, three high administrative courts, and administrative litigation divisions are in charge of the judicial yuan
4.2. the job of the judicial yuan is to oversee the operations of the nation's court systems
5. Examination Yuan
5.1. the president, vice president, and up to 19 members who are appointed by the president with the consent of the legislative yuan are in charge of the examination yuan
5.2. the job of the examination yuan is to manage the nation's civil service system and ensure equality of opportunity among candidates for government employment and to set uniform standards, salaries and benefits throughout the central government as well as local governments.
6. Control Yuan
6.1. 29 members and the national audit office which includes: the control yuan president, vice president, and auditor-general that are appointed by the president with the approval of the legislative yuan are in charge of the control yuan
6.2. the job of the control yuan is to receive people's complaints against public servants or agencies, and then conduct relevant investigations and recommend penalization.
7. Vice-President: Chen Chien-jen
7.1. The job of the vice president is to act as a backup for the president and succeed the president's position incase something happens to the president.
