1.2.1. a. Ms. McClary speaks with counselors. b. Student have a seat. c. Counselors speak with student/parent to process schedule. d. Ms. T. Williams gives student locker. e. Student goes to class.

2.1. In-District Transfer

2.1.1. 1. Front Desk Clerk verifies information enrollment packet 2. Front Desk Clerk faxes the request for the student’s permanent folder and logs it into the google doc 3. Registrar reviews discipline history for possible contract or referral to student relations 4. Registrar reviews student information for possible referral to LTSE 5. Registrar request any additional records or transfer grades needed from previous schools (RECORDS REQUEST) 6. Registrar enroll students and input all data including new address, guardians, emergency contacts, dcsd panel information, etc 7. Counselors schedule students and if necessary the LTSE will provide scheduling information for those students (CONUSELOR SCHEDULE) 8. Registrar double checks folders making sure we have all records and documents 9. Registrar placed cohort labels on folders 10. Registrar logs all dekalb transfer permanent folders received on _________________________ 11. Registrar emails a list of folders ready to be filed to Principal and & Data Records Clerk 12. Data Records Clerk receives folders to file

2.2. Online Registration Process

2.2.1. 1. After family complete OLR Registration, they obtain a registration number 2. Parent received Email or Letter from OLR Registration office 3. Parent presents Email or Letter to SWD Registrar 4. Registrar reviews the discipline history for possible contract or referral to student relations 5. Registrar reviews student information for possible referral to LTSE 6. Registrar print OLR documents and places them in the “yellow” folders 7. Registrar request any additional records from previous schools (RECORDS REQUEST) 8. Registrar enroll students 9. Student starts classes with 24 hours 10. Counselors schedule students and if necessary the LTSE will provide scheduling information for those students 11. Registrar double checks folders for all records and documents 12. Registrar place cohort labels on folders 13. Registrar emails a list of folders ready to be filed to Principal and Data Records Clerk 14. Data Records Clerk is given folders to file

3. Withdrawl

3.1. a. Parent Requests a Withdrawal Request Form from Ms. Neal. b. Ms. Neal gives Ms. T. Williams Withdrawal Request Form to process. c. Ms. T. Williams check with Ms. T. Neal for chromebook and book return. d. Parent pickup Withdrawal Packet from T. Williams to take to new school. e. Ms. T. Williams check with new school or once new school request transcript Ms. T.Williams process transcript. f. Gives Withdrawal Request Form to Ms. Davis
