2.1. Financial analysts- Examine large amounts of data and transform them into informative qualitative and quantitative financial analyses
2.2. Accounting-ensuring the accurate and timely recording of CCL’s various OBR concession streams in compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
2.3. The Payroll Specialist uses specialize knowledge to perform activities related to timely and accurately preparing, processing and reconciling multi-site, multi cycled, multi-currency domestic and international $1B payroll for over 40,000 employees
2.4. Travel & Expense audit of executive Business Travel and Entertainment reports, to ensure compliance with company policy.

3. Sales Department
3.1. Guest services- manage daily operations of large inbound customer service contact center.
3.2. Consumer Sale Analysts- analytics and reporting within the outbound consumer sales department
3.3. Revenue Management- asses sailing performance and revenue metrics, optimal price point, and inventory allocations to maximize revenue growth
3.4. Generate and deliver analytical insights into agent performance using Tableau
3.5. Work with internal teams to improve existing reports and dashboards that delivers key insights into the performance of agent databases
4. Operations
4.1. Hotel (travel specialist)-Ensure reservations have been confirmed accurately, at the lowest possible cost. Obtain the required approvals when flights, hotel or car/transportation cost is above the established guidelines
4.2. Medical disembark coordinator will provide compassionate care and logistical support to our guests, and their family or friends, who have been medically disembarked while vacationing with Carnival Cruise Line.
4.3. Training-Assists in the development, enhancement and implementation of the department’s training program to include “train the trainer program”. Designs and implements curriculums and manuals that focus on improving targeted performance, peak efficiency, consistency and strong departmental core values.
4.4. Performance analytics-Develops financial analysis and modeling to simulate results from strategic initiatives while tracking/reporting on results
4.5. Ensure that the fleet waste management programs are properly implemented on board and that the record keeping requirements, i.e. receipts, record books, manifests, and certificates are completed and received in a timely manner
5. Marketing Department
5.1. Media strategy and planning-Optimize the allocation of the marketing budget across channels to meet marketing objectives. Responsible for delivering significant portion of carnival.com online bookings to meet company goals.
5.2. Negotiate strategic & partnership-Lead planning, strategy and negotiations for multi-million deals with media and marketing companies
5.3. Digital Marketing & eCommerce Analytics is to Challenge the way we do business through application of advanced analytics to integrate insights in the operational workflow
5.4. Responsible for developing and analyzing performance management dashboards/tools with analytics team in order to ensure standardized reported numbers on traffic, bookings, online activity, etc.
5.5. Advertising Department- generating leads and ad strategies to increased revenue
