1. Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

1.1. No Reed-Sterberg Cells

1.2. Develops in lymphatic (part of immune system). Lymph (clear fluid) contains lymphocytes (WBC) that multiply abnormally and collect in lymphatic system - lymph nodes (glands) losing infection fighting properties.

1.3. Common in neck, liver, spleen, stomach, small bowel, bones, brain, testicles, or skin. Uncommon in the eye

1.5.1.2. Reg meds: Gabapentin 600mg TDS

1.5.1.3. R-ESHAP

1.5.1.4. Intervention

1.5.1.4.1. Prescribe supportive meds: filgrastim from day 8 for 5/6, allopurinol 300mg OD, maxidex eye drops every 6 hours for, omeprazole 20mg OD

2. Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia

2.1. Regimen

2.1.1. Ibrutinib 420mg OD

2.2. Patient

2.2.1.1. PC - Rash and confusion

2.2.1.2. Reg meds: Levetiracetam

2.2.1.3. TTO interventions: Levetiracetam increased to 500mg BD, Ibrutinib stopped due to rash
