6.4.1. Report it to an adult or someone you trust

6.4.3. Block the bully or change privacy settings on your accounts

6.4.4. Remember you didnt ask for this bullying and nobody deserves to be bullied.

7. Think carefully before posting pictures or videos of yourself. Once you’ve put a picture of yourself online most people can see it and may be able to download it, it’s not just yours anymore.
