5.1.1. For example a child does something good and they are praised by a parent, the child will repeat that again. This is positive reinforcement. Negative reinforcement is when a child does something bad and is scolded or placed in time out, this associates the action with being bad and the child is less likely to repeat it.

5.1.2. There are different types of learning that go along with behaviorist theories Syntactic, Semantic and Morphemic. the researchers believe that a child’s behavior and personality are based off of their behaviors and behaviors of their parents and care givers
