1. Diet

1.1. Eat more Fruits and Vegetables, why eat more? Because it helps our body to fill up the nutrition. In the past, many would rather eat fruits and vegetables for their daily diet, even warriors from Greek eat those kinds of food.

1.2. Drink Plenty of water, when we mean water, Mineral water, without sugar, or carbonated drinks. It helps us to relief thirst, Mineral water is the best for you.

1.3. If you are craving for sweet drinks, go for a healthier drink like low fat milk, or blend fruits from natural sugar.

2. Social

2.1. Associate with others, you will have a lot of fun, instead of being alone and do your own things. By associating, you can share ideas and create a positive environment.

2.2. Celebrate

2.3. Keep in Touch, helps your mind to stay positive if u keep in touch with positive people. It does affect your life, giving you a healthy lifestyle, avoid negative people from your life.

3. Exercise

3.1. We should at least do exercise 30 mins 3 Times a Week, to burn the calories that we have ate.

3.2. Warm up & stretch can also help us to stay fit, it helps us to do things easily, so that we can prevent from any sickness like cramp.

3.3. Play sports not only help us to stay fit but also help us to release stress from any work, it is recommended to do sports. It can also help us to think.

4. Sleep

4.1. As a human, we need to have at least 6-8 hours a day of sleep. Sleep is important since it helps us to start our day with full of energy.

4.2. Drink water before and after, because when you drink water, it can help us to flush out the toxic that we had before we went to sleep.

4.3. Have regular sleeping pattern, so that you do not sleep after school, or sleep on the evening, because it might get you to sleep late for school.
