6.1. I want this topic to be about how "staying on task" will benefit you in the long run. I want to share a few tips of staying in task because it's important in school and it's the only way you are going to get through studying or being in a long lecture.

7.1. Since my page is about living a healthy life style I want to be able to share people how you can eat healthy and feel good about yourself. I think it's important to be able to give tips to others because it can change the way you eat.

9.1. I enjoy working about and excising and I want to be able to show people what I have done to loose weight because I made my own work outs from dances. I wanted to be inclusive because some people might not want to do heavy exercise so I went with yoga because it will improve int themselves to feel relax.
