6. What is this addressing?

6.1. To teach and run an 16 week program (two 8 week periods) that covers the basics of the English language and focuses on topics most useful to staff members that attend the lessons

6.2. The program will be set up and managed initially by us through the CAS project but we are hopeful that by having run and established a successful program, it can become a sustainable project for other students to guide as it has an incredible impact in our local community

6.3. Teaching staff members english ensures a brighter future for them in terms of interpersonal relationships within and outside the school, as well as helps establish better employment opportunities for the future
