1. Metal Age in Spain!

1.1. Metal Age in Spain!

1.1.1. The first kind of metal they used was copper then after learned how to make bronze which was made from copper and tin. They eventually found a better material, iron because to them it was easier to find in nature. So that they are able to mould the iron, they melt it onto a fire with a really high temperature then transformed into the shape they want. This was how the weapons and utensil-like tools were made. This process was called Metallurgy and not many people knew how to do it. Since then many people knew how to craft and make things, they would often barter, meaning trading or exchanging things. Bartering had an impact on villages because it made them grow into cities and people would also be able to travel to other villages to trade with them as well. The Metal Age ended with the first ever written language.

2. Stone Age in Spain!

2.1. Stone Age in Spain!

2.1.1. During the Paleolithic Period, humans were always on the move to hunt animals to eat. To stay the night they'd find a cave and paint art on the walls. The mixture of the paint they used was charcoal, earth/dirt, animal fat and water. Aside from eating animals, humans also used their fur as clothes. The tools that they used at that time were axes and spears which were made from stones, woods and bones, which they carved themselves.

2.1.2. During the Neolithic Period, humans became more intelligent and learned how to plant and farm with the help of domesticated animals! They also started to make their own villages and staying there, unlike the Paleolithic Period where they were hunting animals and moving places all the time. Also during that time, they invented new things so that their lives could be easier such as, ceramics and fabric but the most important one was the wheel! It was really helpful when humans started to learn and make metal.

3. Prehistoric Period was the start and the beginning of humans starting to learn to survive and live such as making tools, finding ways to eat food etc.

4. Life of a human during...

4.1. Stone Age

4.1.1. During this age, there were only two main things to do, protect yourself from wild animals and to hunt and gather food. They used stone for everything they did, to make tools and weapons, to make a fire to stay warm, etc. The men would go hunt animals while the women would stay and gather crops. Humans then also painted the walls of caves with red colours, charcoal and water. The paintings would usually represent their daily life and humans hunting animals.

4.2. Metal Age

4.2.1. Humans who lived around this age were skilled metalworkers who were able to make tools, weapons, cooking pots, etc. out of iron. Making and using bronze needed special skills so whoever can do that were known to be more wealthy and powerful. Iron was more easier to work with though.

5. The tools during the Stone Age and Metal Age

5.1. Tools in Stone Age

5.1.1. Farming tools during the Neolithic Period were different to the hunting weapons in the Paleolithic Period but they were still just as sharp so they can protect themselves from wild animals. There are leaf shaped flints which were made from stone, since it was quicker to make. It was used as knives or arrows but the tool was able to be easily wore down or blunt. There were also blades and diggers which were used to cut meat, meaning they had to be quite sharp. They were made from either stone or bone but it can also wore down easily by using it a lot.

5.2. Tools in Metal Age

5.2.1. In the Metal Age, their tools include swords and spears but when humans were still using copper, it was able to bend tools and weapons easily so it wasn't really effective. Later on, humans learned how to make tools out of iron but they needed to make a mould first the melt the iron then pour it onto the mould.
