1. Stone age of Greece:

1.1. Paleolithic age of Greece: Begins from 55,000 BC- 9000 BC. The first people to come to Greece is from Africa, they probably leave the coast through the eastern mediterrian which now maybe known as Israel and Lebanon. The way they can arrive to Greece is by paddling a boat. The people that arrive in Greece use the same way to live like their ancestor at a cave name blombos cave in Africa. What the african do is by gathering many plants, fishing, hunting animall using traps and with bows and arrows. That time there is nothing unless stone and bone, so every weapon or fishing hook are made out of those materials.

1.2. Mesolithic age of Greece: Begins from 9000 BC-6000 BC. Until now nobody know what happens on the mesolithic age of Greece or the middle stone age of Greece. The things that happened during the mesolithic age in Greece is pretty much similar. The activity they did is pretty much the same as the Palaeolithic age of Greece such as: gathering plants, hunting and fishing. But there is still one thing happen during the mesolithic age, a person from the mesolithic Greece sailed to the mediterrian sea to find obsidian and catching fish like tuna. To find a obsidian, only near the volcanic island you can find obsidian. The closest volcanic island near Greece is called the Aegean island, it is in between Greece and Turkey. There maybe 3 reason the mesolithic Greece sailed, which are fishing, finding obsidian or selling the obsidian around the mediterrian

1.3. Neolithic age of Greece: According from the archaelogical of Greece, the neolithic period starts from 6000 BC - 3200 BC. The main characteristic of this period is the climate stabilization and the settlements of people. The revolution arrive at Greece during this period is usually from Anatolia and Turkey. People from region to region stop and settle permanently because other country is usually overpopulated. So basically what I am trying to say is that in this period, many people from many kind of region settle in Greece due to their own country, because their own country is overpopulated. Also that time Greece is still very empty because if you see from the paleolithic and mesolithic ages of Greece, the only people that lives in Greece is only the traveller from Africa

2. So what is prehistoric period ?

2.1. In generally prehistory is divided into 2 ages which are: Stone age & Metal age

2.1.1. Stone age: Is the very first human civilization, and everything or everywhere us made out of stone. But stone age is still divided into 3 more subparts:

2.1.1.1. Paleolithic age: Paleolitchic age is also known as the old stone age. In that time the human is still unware of cooking and aggriculture. The main ocupation at that time is food gathering and animal hunting. Paleolithic age lasted from 5,00,000 BC until 10,000 BC

2.1.1.2. Mesolithic age: Mesolithic age is also known as middle stone age. It is also the second subpart of the stone age. That time, the human has innovated the weapon for hunting animal which are bow and arrow. The human also use sharp thing for hunting fishes. Mesolithic age lasted from 10,000 BC until 6,000 BC

2.1.1.3. Neolithic age: Neolithic age is the last age of stone age. Many remarkable changes in the human civilization that time. Many improvement of tools in this era was made and mud bricks house were made in this era. Neolithic age lasted from 6,000 BC until 1000 BC

2.1.2. Metal age: metal age is basically the end of the stone age. metal age also has subparts, 2 subparts actually, which are:

2.1.2.1. Bronze age: Bronze itself has the best metal quality that time because it is more harder and durable at that time. The human civilization that live in that period can gain many technological advantage. So technically bronze age is the first period where there is metal and had the best metal quality that time

2.1.2.2. Iron age: In this age all of the weapon are made out of iron. And this has brought an end to metal age and bronze age

2.2. Prehistoric period is the beginning of human age about 5 million years ago and finishes with the invention of writing, about 6,000 years ago. When it is that time, there is only rocks and nothing else. The species there is that time is what we called Homo erectus. As time goes on, there is a new species called homo sapiens that taught them using clothes, how to communicate. The definition of homo is human, the definition of erectus is stand up straight and the meaning of sapiens is modern.

2.3. Prehistory refers to the period of time before civilization and writing. We don't know a lot about prehistory. Since pre means "before," and history is the record of human events, prehistory refers to the time before human civilization developed and started writing things down.

3. Tools from the Greece prehistoric period

3.1. Stone age Greece tool:

3.1.1. Paleolithic age Greece tool: Axes, Bow and arrow, fishing hook, sailed boats, paddle. Those materials were all made by bones and stone cause back then, the only material there is only that. (For the mesolithic and neolithic is the same)

3.2. Metal age Greece tool:

3.2.1. Bronze age Greece tool: Weapons, axes, fishing hook, sailed boats, paddle, thin, bronze, cooper. (thin and cooper is alloyed of bronze). The iron age's Greece tool is the same as the Bronze age tool of Greece
