1.1. Everyone has the right to freedom of though, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest or belief, in worship, teaching practice and observance

Freedom to manifest one's religion or beliefs shall be subject only to such imitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society in the interest of public safety, for the protection of public order, health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others

3.1. This will create a lot of mixed options

3.2. A lot of people will express their expressions

3.3. They can think that they are controlling the society

3.4. Can create a lot of fights

4. Are theses limitations reasonable

4.1. I think the limitations are reasonable because they are just like the limitations that falls under Conscience and Religion. It's also reasonable because if you don't have limitations for the freedom than it will get chaotic in many ways of form.
