1. Establish Dbase for Prank Numbers in POP
2. Enable ability to add/subtract numbers IN Database
3. Will Reside in Backend
3.1. Determine who has Access
4. Upon "save" Update InContact
5. InContact Script to Hangup if TFN# Identified in Database
6. ANI Dispositioned as "Pranker"
7. "Pranker Team" SM/Support Notified
8. If ANI determined to be Chronic Pranker Disposition as BLOCKED
9. IF Client asks for BLOCK lift query BLOCKED in Calls and change disposition to LIFTED (only available to BLOCKED calls)
