1.2. Clinical + Physical examination
2. Post operative pain
2.1. Epidural block
3. Bleeding
3.1. serial Hct
3.2. Chest drain
3.3. monitor BP,sign of shock,urine output
3.4. Blood loss 300 ml
4. Wound infection
4.1. Cefazolin 1 g IV q 6 hr for 24 hr
