The compnay even created an alarm reminder for your cell phone so you are reminded when to take your medication.

3. EHR/EMR - Electronic Health Records / Electronic Medical records

3.1. Towards 2009 Electronic Health Records that were filed and saved on computer hard drives became the main stream thing for medical companies and practices.

4. Telemedicine

4.1. More recently since about 2013, skyping your doctor became the next popular thing to do for people on the go or too busy to get into a doctor office. There is even a way for doctors to prescribe medications for the patient to go pick up.
