1. The transformation of Dorothea

1.1. - A transformation of our local abandoned quarry, Dorothea, located in Talysarn.

1.2. - Restoration and transformation to benefit the community and improve tourism in the area.

1.3. - Transforming it to be diver friendly and holding diving and swimming courses there. Could be very difficult to implement and further develop due to health and safety reasons..

2. A service similar to 'Just Eat', available in Penygroes and surrounding areas.

2.1. - An intermediary service which works online, between customers in Penygroes and surrounding areas, as well as local takeaways and restaurants.

2.2. - Would be very popular in this area as many villages (e.g Groeslon or Carmel) do not have any eateries.

3. Dog walking service app

3.1. - Similar to 'Wag!'

3.2. - Would benefit locals in the area who are unable to exercise their own dogs

3.3. - A chance for people who want to spend time with dogs to do so, and to walk them for money arranged with the owner through the app.

4. Usher

4.1. - A company focused on transporting the youth around our local area, compromising of rural North Wales.

4.2. - Similar to Uber, a pre-existing transportation network company based in the USA but not currently available in North Wales.

4.2.1. Would have to ensure this is legal, in terms of trademarks and so on, as well as ensure our drivers are road-safe and able to function without having to label themselves as a standard 'taxi'.

4.3. - Drivers would be from the area, and generally young people who would want to make money in exchange for lifts.

4.3.1. Originally called 'Mates Rates' but we thought 'Usher' would be a far more fitting name due to the act of ushering someone to a location, as well as it being the last name of one of our group members.

5. Snowdonia Tours

5.1. - A local company offering tours around the local mountains in the area: such as Snowdon, the Cnicht, and the Glyderau (and so on)

5.1.1. Including history and information to paying tourists.

5.2. - Members of our team trained as mountaineering experts and trained in first aid. All Welsh speaking and knowledgeable

5.2.1. Would be expensive, therefore would have to look into the possibility of loans/ensuring we make enough profit.
