Respond to messages

1. 2) Where / How to Send REI Simple Messages
1.1. 1. Go to REISimple Homepage and highlight Marketing > SMS Broadcast then a new page loads
1.2. 2. Look at Status and look for Sending: You'll see (Ex: 0 of 233, 124 of 340) > Click on that corresponding group you are going to send messages to > Then a new page loads
1.3. 3. Click Pending Recipients > Click the Send button to whomever you want to send a message to
2. 1) Whole Reason of Sending out text messages / What you do.
2.1. 1. Help people who need/want to sell their house.
2.2. 2. Send out text messages
2.3. 3. Respond to text messages
2.4. 4. Find motivated sellers
2.5. 5. When you find motivated sellers. Set a task for Mark Bruntz - Titled: Call - Set that specific date.
3. Start of Shift
3.1. Phase 1
3.1.1. Reply to responses
3.2. Phase 2
3.2.1. Complete Tasks
3.3. Phase 3
3.3.1. Send out 200 texts and reply
4. Phase 3
4.1. Send out text look at Step 2 and response to the replies as they come in
5. Phase 1
5.1. 1. Click on phone icon at top right IF it has a number associated to it.
5.2. 2. If the phone icon doesn't have a number, then complete Phase 2.
5.3. 3. Since the phone icon has a number beside it. That's the amount of response you need to reply to before you moving to Phase 2
5.3.1. ( Look at the status of the message and click on it )
5.4. 4. Respond with the appropriate responses.
5.4.1. (see Response Sheet if you don't know what to say)
5.5. 5. After you send a message 1) Set Task 2) Change Status
5.6. 6. If they are motivated and want to sell. Set task to Mark Bruntz - Titled:Call - Date: Today
6. Phase 2
6.1. The tasks will be in green on the homepage.
6.1.1. Click on these and complete 1 by 1.
6.1.2. Remember to set 1) Set Task 2) Change Status
6.2. Respond with the appropriate responses.
6.2.1. (see Response Sheet if you don't know what to say)
