Much of the tasks were based on Piaget's point of view and my understanding was constantly challenged and surprised in this activity. Educ 726- For this activity I visited the Hawaii State Library along with my local public library weekly and used that information to help compile a Book List of 40 new books in 8 different genres. This learning activity meant a lot to me because it added so much content and knowledge to my reading bookshelf. There was so much information gained from going to the library weekly to find new books (which is what this assignment required). Google Docs - create and edit documents online, for free.

3. Volunteer Opportunities: -In July of 2017 I spent 2 weeks volunteering to teach English abroad in Bali, Indonesia. The school I taught in was very isolated and is a 45 minute drive through the mountains from the already remote town in which we were staying. Even though the school and children barely had any supplies or luxuries they were still so happy. These kids are so grateful and the tutoring they receive can maybe one day help improve their lives. The last day I brought my Polaroid camera and took a photo with each student so they could bring it home, it was their first time seeing that! I am planning to go back one day and do the program again through International Volunteer Headquarters.
