3.1. How does SISE work with....

3.4.1. No, not at this time.

3.5. How does SISE interface with regulatory organizations while working with regulated private sector organizations?

3.5.1. The All Hazards Consortium manages where and when regulators are involved or engaged based on which use cases are being addresses.

3.6. What individuals are not allowed into the SISE?

3.6.1. Normally, non-operational entities and individuals are restricted access based on use case and the discretion of the data providers, This may include media, research, regulatory, sales, etc....

3.7. How does SISE addresses scenarios where needed data will never be shared outside of organizational firewalls?

3.7.1. The SISE will vetted the identities of individuals then pass them along to the organization who will provide the access to the information

3.8. What kind of data is to be shared?

3.8.1. Operational data, resource data, inventory data, location/status data,

3.9. Is SISE just about data sharing?

3.9.1. No, the SISE is about sustained planning, trust building, and solving operational problems. Data sharing is the last piece of the process once the trust is built.

3.10. How does SISE handle information that is contracted under the Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) Program at DHS?

3.10.1. The SISE will work directly with a company if their data is needed for a specific use case and avoid going through DHS for the data.

3.11. Technical Question

3.11.1. Some SISE reated websites do not open on my computer, what is the problem?

3.11.1.1. It is usually your organizational firewall will not allow access to the SISE domain or your browser is out of date

3.11.1.1.1. Whitelist The domain name you were trying to access within your corporate firewall database or update your browser

3.11.1.1.2. A simpler option is just to use a personal device which does not have the firewall protections

3.12. Does SISE sell public sourced data or government data?

3.12.1. No. SISE provides to labor to aggregate the best, most reliable data and organize it into simple, usable products for decision makers to access from a single place

3.13. Why is the SISE charging a fee for data I can get of the internet for free?

3.13.1. The SISE contains information products that are a combination of publicly source, privately sourced and sensitive data.

3.13.1.1. The SISE subscription fees cover the labor, legal and technical costs to capture, aggregate, vette, and validate all data so SISE users don't have to.

3.13.1.1.1. The SISE users pay for a service that is a single flat fee but includes and ever growing set of products and benefits at no additional costs.

3.14. Does SISE offer PREMIUM products and services?

3.14.1. Yes, these are normally provided by 3rd party partners and are made available to SISE users at an addition fee.

3.15. How does the SISE function during a disaster?

3.15.1. The SISE Community of states, industry, and federal partners activate individually and as a collective group. Stakeholders share operational information though the SISE with one another and with various parts of the SISE community. The size provides the aggregation, validation, and organization of trusted data for its stakeholders so that decision makers never have to wonder if the information is trusted.
