1. Analyse
1.1. Identify all variables in the design of the course. Ask the questions What, When, How, Why, Who then determine the course's goal.
2. Design
2.1. Expand course goal into measurable learning objectives. Create lesson plans, including contents and timing, activities and assessments.
3. Develop
3.1. Create actual contents based on the design, possibly a prototype to gather initial feedback
4. Implement
4.1. Roll out actual training, provide continuous help and support for teachers and learners
5. Evaluation
5.1. Gather data and analyse to further improve the course/ program in future iteration. Can do this according to the Kirk Patrick's 4 levels of assessments.
