1. counselling and psychotheraphy are umbrella terms that cover a range of talking therapies. they are delivered by training practitioners who work with people over a short or long term to help them bring about effective changes and enhance their well-being.

2. counselling is suitable and recommended for anyone suffering, anxiety, depression, mental health problems, addictions, eating disorders and anger management. etc.

2.1.1. counselling provides a a supportive service that creates a confidential space where clients can voice their feelings. counselors are non-judgmental and impartial(no differentiating) , and simply REFLECT the clients worries and concerns so that they are able to see the difficulties from another perspective.
