2. Dont's

2.1. Don’t have a pointless intro page. Get people straight into the action where they can interact with the music and brand.

2.2. Autostart music Could be annoying

2.3. Confusing navigation People could get fed up with not being able to find it.

2.4. Use too many colours Can be distracting and put people off continuing on the website

2.5. Use wacky fonts Unless directly relating to the band wacky fonts can cause confusion more often than they look good.

2.6. Clutter the pages Space draws attention to the more relevant information

2.7. Add a hit counter Could seem tacky, plus if the website doesn’t get many visits it isn’t the best idea

2.8. Use a random donate button People feel more comfortable to buy products like music or merch rather than to give money for free

2.9. Abandon your website If the website becomes outdated nobody will be interested
