3.1.2.2.1. 1. using cocktail shaker, combine vodka, apple cider, and lime juice. shake until well mixed.

3.1.2.2.2. 2. fill copper mugs 3/4 of the way full with crushed ice, then add cocktail mixture in mug. top off mug with chilled ginger beer, filling to top.

3.1.4.2.1. 1. start with making the simple syrup. in a small saucepan, combine honey, water, rosemary sprigs, and cinnamon sticks over medium heat. bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until honey has dissolved into water. remove from heat and allow to cool completely. once cool, remove rosemary and cinnamon sticks and transfer to an airtight container
