By investigating the relationship between producers and consumers, it has been revealed that there is an imbalance of power and pre-existing social constructivist notions that have lead to the increased body weight of youths. To address this vital health concern, society needs to confront their understanding of socio-cultural perspectives so that the relation between producers and consumers can change.
