2.2.2. (ROYGBIV)! / (ROYGBIV - 2)! = 42 color coded options probably too many for a simple system

2.2.3. (ROYGBIV)! / (ROYGBIV - 3) ! = 210 color coded options. for a 3 light sytem. this might be good for very limited applications but might be way too much for the typical consumer

2.3. USER Interface:

3.4.1.1.1. if extra task comes from a list at some point in the future light displays blue to indicate you will have even more xtra time at some poin in the future.

3.5. Create a system level block diagram

3.5.1. User inputs task to google calendar and assigns it to a date.

3.5.1.1. if the task is for a date outside the OnTrackers current timeline it is batched with other items for a later timeline

3.5.1.1.1. the ontracker light responds to tasks added or removed to the present batch of goals from red for a full list to green for an empty or complete list

3.6. Start working on the pitch

3.6.1. write down what you want the audience to leave with

3.6.1.1. How do you measure success?

3.6.2. write down the call to action

3.6.2.1. if i have properly presented our product in a working prototype form we have the right to ask for investors

3.6.2.1.1. after a finished product is avaliable we will ask a customer to try the product and purchase it.

3.7. What resources are needed to complete the project on time?

4.1.4. its unique because it has visual indicator to review if you are on track

4.2. We saw an opportunity using avaliable tools to adapt them to simplify time management. We envisioned a systme that would not only manage time and tasks but enrich the experience of completing them. we wanted to focus on acomplishment and meeting goals and remove the alienation of being involved in tasks that didnt seem to connect to a larger goal by simplifying the measures of progress into a visual cue that responsds automicatially immediatly and publically

4.3. why are we doing this?

4.3.1. We all believe that we feel content and full-filled only when we spend quality time with our family. Although we have many technological developments and gadgets to make our life comfortable we still Believe that we need something more to keep everyone in co-ordination in the family and in turn in the society. How many times I have missed my daughter’s parent’s teacher meeting? Or forgotten to buy grocery and prepare make shift arrangements? What if we get a product which tells us you can buy quality time for yourselves and for your family? So our product is not just the organizer and task master but it can be used for individual, family, kids, And Elderly person. Here one will not get simple notifications or emails but the visual cues which in turn will create impact on their mind and heart. What if all family members are on the same page? Instead of everyone having their own calendar/task organizer, we all have one ON Tracker which keep us informed each one of us round the clock about upcoming quality time with family?

4.4. why does it change peoples lives

4.4.1. this device abstracts ANY scedule or task list for a given period (Day, week, Quarter) and codifies it into a visual cue that can be interpeted at he speed of light. it is as much a motivator as it is a remider that the user is on the right track.
