Madison, an occupational therapist, and Jonah, a physical therapist, wanted to combine sessions with patients on busy days so they can get all their units of therapy in. Jonah and Madison treated Mr. Pitts, but were unable to get through all of the units. Jonah suggested they charge him for the three units anyway.
