8.1. Using technology in a proper way with minimum errors.

8.2. Appropriate: Using proper punctuation with out typos or other mistakes.

8.3. Inappropriate: Having many misspelled words with over use of capital letters and improper punctuation.

9.1. The capability to use digital technology and knowing when and how to use it.

9.2. By knowing what all is out there and how to use it.

9.3. The student can have stuff so they can't use out of school.
