8.2. Appropriate: Letting all users have equal usage and participation in a online society.

9.1. Using technology in a proper way with minimum errors.

9.2. Appropriate: Using proper punctuation with out typos or other mistakes.

9.3. Inappropriate: Having many misspelled words with over use of capital letters and improper punctuation.
