At the ceremony where jobs are given, Equality 7-2521 is assigned the job of street sweepers even though he wanted to be a scholar. “the will of our brothers be done”says equality. aftHe then goes to live at the Home of the street sweepers with the other street sweepers.

One day, he is out sweeping the streets with his friend International when he finds a hole in the ground “this place is forbidden”says international, “the council does not know about this hole. Equality goes into the hole to explore, and finds some glass beads (lightbulbs) and he declares the hole his. He keeps going every night One day, equality is working near the end of the road when he sees a beautiful woman. We call you the unconquered “ Over time, equality discovers things while in his hole, like electricity.

The golden one follows Equality into the forest “if you are damned, then i wish to share your damnation” she says.
