4. Development Phase: Produce the course

4.4. Test and review the course for accuracy, navigation, usability, grammar, syntax, and spelling

5. Implementation Phase: Distribute the course to learners

5.1. Share course with learners, most often via LMS

5.2. Train learners on any technology

5.3. Develop procedure for training course facilitators including course curriculum, learning objectives, delivery and testing procedures
