23.3.1.2. If people are taught racism, then it is our duty as educators to ensure that no one that comes through our classroom is taught to be racist or to tolerate racism at all

23.3.2. As educators, we are on the frontlines to normalize this conversation

23.3.2.1. If we can talk to children about it and have meaningful conversations about it, then who can't have this conversation?

23.3.2.2. Children learning about this from a young age from someone trusted (teacher) will know why it is wrong and will learn how to have a conversation about racism with their own peers and family members
