Sustainable Development Goals History The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were born at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro in 2012. 1. Goal 1: No poverty. It is devoted to end poverty all over the world. The activities invlove targeting and supporting communities.
2. 16. GOAL 16: PEACE, JUSTICE AND STRONG INSTITUTIONS Access to justice for all, and building effective, accountable institutions at all levels.

5. 2 Goal 2 :Zero hunger .End hunger and ensure access by all people, in particular the poor and people in vulnerable situations, including infants, to safe, nutritious and sufficient food all year round
6. 3.GOAL 3: GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING Ensuring healthy lives and promoting the well-being for all at all ages is essential to sustainable development.
7. 4. GOAL 4: QUALITY EDUCATION Obtaining a quality education is the foundation to improving people’s lives and sustainable development.
8. 5 GOAL 5: GENDER EQUALITY Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world.
9. 6 GOAL 6: CLEAN WATER AND SANITATION Clean, accessible water for all is an essential part of the world we want to live in.
10. 7GOAL 7: AFFORDABLE AND CLEAN ENERGY Energy is central to nearly every major challenge and opportunity.
