1. It is a profession or discipline that consists of projecting communications, thus transmitting specific messages, with a specific intention towards social groups.
2. What does a graphic designer do:
2.1. develops visual materials to effectively communicate the information contained in books, magazines, movies
2.2. uses photographs and programs and designs to create graphics and images
2.3. talks to clients to identify their needs and thus be able to design according to their needs
3. The characteristics of a designer must be:
3.1. Must have excellent creating ability, good artistic sense, and willing to create new tools and ideas.
3.2. Must have good communication skills: Speak clearly both in writing and orally, be a good listener to fulfill customer request.
3.3. must be organized and able to manage time effectively: deal with multiple projects at the same time, be honest, responsible and organized, be able to solve problems and be detailed
4. Some of the objectives of graphic design are:
4.1. communicate useful facts or ideas to man.
4.2. Social, cultural, perceptual, aesthetic, technological and environmental factors.
4.3. Investigate the perceptions in the world to generate different communication situations,
5. The importance of graphic design is:
5.1. create and project messages through images. thus improving communication, with the aim of reaching a specific audience.
5.2. It is used to attract the attention of the recipient, creating advertising pieces that inform and motivate the purchase of a product or service.
