Who is Jesus?

1. “This is the one I spoke about when I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’” (John 1:15)
1.1. This explains that Jesus is the son of God and is like God because he is the past, present and future as well as more powerful than the baptist himself.
2. “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the king of Israel.” (John 1:49)
2.1. conclusion, people that have finally realized and confirmed
3. "For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.” (John 3:2)
3.1. Practically prooving that if Jesus was not the son of God, the Messiah, his miracles would be impossible
4. "no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.[a]” (John 3:3)
4.1. saying that without him, no one would be able to be born again into heaven
5. “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.” 26 Then Jesus declared, “I, the one speaking to you—I am he.” (John 3:25)
