1. Legal

1.1. The legal team at Zaxby's is a core function to our business as a whole, and has served us very well in the past. When in 2019 our legal department made a deal with Sony to grant rights for toys in the "Kidz Meals". This led to a massive increase in revenue as well as a new appeal to a younger crowd. Since then our legal team has done a great job of managing and documenting our mergers and acquisitions. Our legal team also manages our stakeholders and informs/ advises on how to satisfy the stakeholders.

2. Production

2.1. Production team sources the chicken and finds sustainable farms (long term profit for both sides). This department's board is comprised of analytical accounting majors that run numbers on different food sources. Also on the board is a head chef that creates menu items, and flavor tests on different farms chickens, to see if it holds up to the Zaxby's gold standard.

3. Marketing

3.1. Marketing team is based out of NYC and work on Madison Avenue. This is a department comprised of cunning edge salesmen who work to create powerful and prominent ad campaigns. This team has a very large impact on the profitability of the business... a successful ad campaign can bring in a lot of new customers. Besides advertising this department manages logos, slogans, and monitoring social media pages. Marketing decides how the company is presented to the public.

4. Accounting

4.1. Accounting manages the companies finance, and makes sure the business is audit-able. The department of accounting also brings forth new ideas on how to generate a profit, while reducing costs on the back end. Since they keep track of all the companies expenses, they can help HR deal out proper payroll, as well as assistance in managing tax.

5. Human Resources

5.1. The human resources team is one of the most interesting sectors here at Zaxby's. HR is responsible for smoothing over employee relations, handling payroll, employee benefits, recruitment and training, and making sure the company is in compliance with local labor laws. HR maintains a lot of important functions of the business, all while being kept in place primarily for the benefit of a lower end employee. With the HR department in place employees have a much better sense of job security.
