2. 16. MANDATORY OF THE INSTITUTIONAL EDUCATIONAL PROJECT.

2.1. All educational establishments of a state, private, community, solidarity, cooperative or non-profit spirit that intend to provide the public education service must adopt and register an institutional educational project in the National Information System.

3. ARTICLE 15. ADOPTION OF THE INSTITUTIONAL EDUCATIONAL PROJECT

3.1. 1.- The formulation and deliberation. Preparation and presentation of a proposal which will be submitted for deliberation by the Board of Directors to the different levels of the educational community.

3.2. 2.- The adoption. The Board of Directors, in consultation with the Academic Council, will proceed to review the proposal and integrate its different components into a coherent whole. The Board of Directors will proceed to adopt and disseminate it among the educational community.

3.3. 3.- The modifications. The Board of Directors will proceed to decide on the proposals, after consulting the Academic Council. Modification proposals that have been rejected by the Board of Directors may be submitted to a second vote by the other levels of the educational community.

3.4. 4.- The agenda of the process. The Board of Directors will set the deadlines for each event in the process, leaving enough time for communication, deliberation and reflection.

3.5. 5.- The operational plan. The rector will present to the Board of Directors. Periodically and at least every year, the operational plan will be reviewed and will constitute a point of reference for the institutional evaluation. It should include the necessary mechanisms to make adjustments to the curriculum.
