4.1. “then I came to Poland and I ended up doing catering in Poland and that what was needed, and I didn’t speak polish very well so I couldn’t get a work permit. So, I ended up doing something that was needed, and I happened to be good at doing, which was the cooking and the catering”

5.1. “it was a combination of being in Poland, I couldn’t speak the language so couldn’t work in a traditional job umm and also I wasn’t…I mean I didn’t qualify to go and work for a corporation”.

6.1. “Yeah, I guess they are especially the jars. the preserves and they are all my recipes or recipes that I’ve adapted. Some are very original to me; some are a bit less.”
