Chili recipe

1. 1. Before you start
1.1. 1. Two large pots
1.2. 2. Knife, dice tray, and a spoon for mixing
1.3. 3. Place cubed meat into a pot and marinate in beer for 8 hours. Place the pot in a fridge while waiting.
2. 2. Ingredients
2.1. 2.5 lb Cubed beef stew meat
2.2. Enough beer to marinate the beef
2.3. 1/2 cup of cooking oil
2.4. 1 cup of chopped green peppers
2.5. 1 cup of chopped onions
2.6. 4 cups of chopped fresh tomatoes
2.7. 1 3/4 cup of tomato sauce
2.8. 5 1/2 cups of cooked pinto beans --drained
2.9. 2 tablespoons of chili powder
2.10. 4 teaspoons of ground cumin
2.11. 4 teaspoons of salt
2.12. 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic salt
2.13. 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
2.14. 1/4 cup of chopped jalapeno peppers
2.15. 5 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce or any other hot sauces you like
3. Preparation
3.1. 1. Heat stove up to a medium -high
3.2. 2. Take out meat, drain, and pat dry
3.3. 3. Add cooking oil to a new pot and then add meat and cook until brown.
3.4. 4. Once brown add onions, green peppers, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beans
3.5. 5. Cook on a medium heat for 1 hour. Remember to stir periodically
3.6. 6. Add chili powder, cumin, salt,garlic salt, dried oregano, jalapeno peppers, and hot sauce.
3.7. 7. Cook on a medium heat for 2 hours. Stir periodically
3.8. 8. Serve the chili, yields 4 quarts of chili
