1. Ex (Ex-Works)

1.1. Seller places the goods

2. FOB (Free on board)

2.1. Seller deliver the goods on board

3. CFR(Cost & Freight)

3.1. Seller pay the costs of freight to the port of destination.

4. FCA (Free Carrier)

4.1. the parties are adivised to specify the point within the name of deliver as the risk

5. CPT(Carriage Paid To)

5.1. Seller pays costs of carriage to the destination

6. CIP(Carriage & Insurrance To)

6.1. Seller has the same responsability as CPT

7. DAT(Delivered At Terminal)

7.1. Seller bears all risks until unloading the goods at the terminal of destination.

8. DAP(Delivered At Place)

8.1. Seller bears all risk

9. DDP(Delivered Duty Paid)

9.1. Seller bears all the costs and risks to the destination

10. FAS(Free Alongside Ship)

10.1. Seller deliver when the goods are placed alongside the vessel

11. CIF(Cost, Insurrance and Freight)

11.1. Seller pay the cost and freight
