3. Track Weight Weekly
3.1. Weigh in every Monday at 9 am and record the current weight.
3.2. Take weekly measurements of arms, stomach, upper thighs, and buttocks on Monday's at 9 am.
4. 6 Small Meals A Day
4.1. Healthy portion sized Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Incorporate a healthy afternoon snack and a small evening snack.
4.1.1. Integrate more fibers, fruits, veggies, and lean meats.
4.1.2. Limits carbohydrates,dairy, and sweets.
