1. Classroom culture is the creation of an environment in which students feel safe and free to participate. It is a space where everyone should feel accepted and included in everything. Students should feel comfortable sharing how they feel, and teachers should be willing to take it in to help improve their learning in a friendly environment.

2. Why is Having a Good Classroom Culture Important?

2.1. Having a welcoming and safe classroom is the foundation for better meaningful learning. If students don't feel like they belong in a place or classroom, this can become a major obstacle to their education and learning. A positive classroom culture allows students to be part of their own learning experience and take responsibility.

5. Supports All Voices: There are always students who master some topics or provide all the answers, and a teacher's job is to make sure that all students, even the quiet ones, feel included. However, this does not necessarily mean forcing students to participate, teachers can provide other means to make them feel comfortable. For example, giving students the opportunity to submit responses electronically welcomes ideas from all students and allows them to be recognized without having to speak out loud.

5.1. Talk to each student individually: It is very important that teachers get to know their students and a good way is to talk with them individually, so the teacher realizes if they have a problem and how they can help them.

5.1.1. Teach moral values and manners: Students have to know manners and moral values to have respect between them, and also with the teacher, this would make students be friendly and help others, this give the opportunity to have very good education, so the respect is essential in the classroom and outside it.

6. To have a culture in the classroom, it is important to have teaching strategies that help you achieve that goal.

6.1. Establish rules with students: The classroom is a place where students have to feel comfortable, like a second home, it is important to establish an order so that there are no problems inside and outside the classroom, for example to establish the rules ask each student what rule you would like to be followed during class hours and during recess hours.

6.1.1. Motivate to have a good environment: Carefully consider how to develop and maintain a healthy classroom where everyone can learn, promote student participation and ensure that they feel valued and supported in their learning, for example when they give their opinion on a topic, always give the Thank you for your participation and encourage them to continue doing it that way.

6.1.1.1. Be an active teacher:Have an active class help to learn, the teacher have to be an active teacher, making dynamics, not only give a normal class in which students will be sitting listen a class or just writing, with an active class the learning is better, students will being actives acquiring knowledge in a fun way, that will make them want to come back to that class.

6.1.2. Extrinsic motivation: The teacher have to give motivation to the students, when a student make a good job or complete some task, is good that teacher recognize them with a little gifts like candies or extra points, and also when some students look powerless, the teacher have to give them motivation to make them feel able to do whatever task or activity.

Incusion:Teach to the students to work and play together, in work teams or pairs doing some activities or dynamics, this will create good relations between them putting out the common bulling found in many times in schools, they will learn to be together without look defects and their different cultures or skin.
